My Proven 6000 appears to be broken!

Last Monday I returned from a short break to find the turbine hardly turning in a full wind. I was worried but didn't think to much of it. Now it is not turning at all.
I have reported it to my installer who has in turn passed it onto Proven. I am still in the warranty period as I installed it less than a year ago.
It appears that the brake system has been redesigned since my machine was installed. On my model a rubber restraint can fail that allows a part of the break system to rub against the main axle creating friction.
I will keep you posted!
Up to the failure we had made 3324 kwhs.
