Bio Fuels could really hurt the Third World.

I watched Newsnight last night and saw that the Global grain price is on the rise. This is in part due to the US movements to encourage bio ethanol use in cars. The problems is
that we struggle to feed ourselves as a planet now and the predictable tragedy is that farmers in poorer nations will be able to get a better price selling their grain to bio ethanol companies than they will to the local community.
Fundamentally we cannot turn food into fuel to allow some people to live very unsustainable life styles.
