Is it possible to retro build a passive house?

I live in a 1920s detached house, I want to live in a passive house that requires no heating.
Could I in theory do this.
I already have cavity wall insulation, and was lucky to have an unusually large cavity that meant I got more insulation than most.
If I added the correct amount of loft insulation and triple glazed all the windows the property would I be close?
I would love to install heat exchnagers and make the house airtight etc. But I guess this would be very exspensive?
