Nearly there, with ROC Accreditation.
by Stuart at 2006-12-22 10:46:29 (Blog::Stuart)
I received this email from Ofgem today
"I write to confirm the receipt of Horsted Wind Turbine's application for accreditation. The application was received on 21 December 2006 and is currently being processed.

I see that you wish ROCs to be issued on an annual claim. This means that ROCs will be issued on an annual basis for 1 February 2007 to 31 March 2007 and then for subsequent obligation periods. We advise you take a start meter reading on 1 February 2007 and an end meter reading on 31 March 2007, for your first claim of ROCs. Annual information required for the issue of ROCs for small generators must be provided to us by 31 May of the relevant obligation period.

Information for Renewables LECs issue must be provided to us monthly, that is before the end of the second month following the end of the month of generation. Where your application is still being processed, please do not wait for your station to be accredited before you start to submit this data. We advise you to take meter readings when you receive this confirmation as this is when you will be eligible for Renewables LECs, if your station is accredited.

Both the ROC and LEC issue timetable and the template for the provision of output data can be found on our website in the Renewables Obligation section."

My question is what are LEC's?
