I see that you wish ROCs to be issued on an annual claim. This means that ROCs will be issued on an annual basis for 1 February 2007 to 31 March 2007 and then for subsequent obligation periods. We advise you take a start meter reading on 1 February 2007 and an end meter reading on 31 March 2007, for your first claim of ROCs. Annual information required for the issue of ROCs for small generators must be provided to us by 31 May of the relevant obligation period.

Information for Renewables LECs issue must be provided to us monthly, that is before the end of the second month following the end of the month of generation. Where your application is still being processed, please do not wait for your station to be accredited before you start to submit this data. We advise you to take meter readings when you receive this confirmation as this is when you will be eligible for Renewables LECs, if your station is accredited.
