The boiler does produce plumes of steam and the sitting of this exhaust outlet is a consideration, but need not be a problem.
The Boiler can be programmed to come on and off up to 6 times a day and every day of the week can be controlled directly.
The main draw back I have found is that there is no instant on button to simple allow you to turn on the heating. I guess this is part of its efficiency measures, but on a previous Worcester boiler they had advance button that turned the heating on until the time it was next due to turn off. With the Greenstar you have to go on and turn the boiler from automatic programmable on and off mode into a constant on mode that then will run until turned off.
At the moment I give the boiler 8 out of 10 but it would be a 9 if it had a advance button that allowed the heating to be instantly activated and to automatically switch off as the heating programme directs.
