Government and are working with Consumer Focus to conduct a survey into the experiences customers have when purchasing small scale renewable energy systems for their home, such as solar panels or wind turbines. Feedback will help inform the standard of sales practice and installation of these products, and ultimately may assist in ensuring consumers are better protected.
You can start the survey and come back to it later if you wish using the same link (as long as you use the same computer). Depending on your answers, it should take no longer than 15-20 minutes to complete.
Should you be in a position where you received RoC payments before the introduction of the FiT and feel cheated that you were 'grandfathered' into the FiT scheme at a much lower rate, there is the opportunity in this survey to make your feelings known.
