Retrofitting Housing stock out to 2050 is it possible

Heard a fascinating fact from Paul Morrell the Chief Construction Officer.
That being, that there are more houses in Britain that need to be retrofitted, with insulation etc, than there are minutes till 2050. Meaning that even if we can do one house a minute we will still miss the target.
One tough ask for the Green Deal
