I am considering getting PV panels to benefit from the feed in tariffs, and I wondered how having an existing Wind Turbine system would impact on this.
Just got off the phone with Ofgem and it would appear as simply as just adding a new generation meter to record the PV out output, that would be used to calculate the feed in tarrifs, then all the out put of the two system going through the existing export meter.
Does this sound right?
The other aspect is would the DNO be happy with the combined output? Still waiting on that one.
