Re: Gaia-Wind claims it is "acknowledged as the best performing small wind turbine"
by Website Administrator at 2009-07-08 19:38:39 (News)
We aren't promoting any brand of turbine - but I reckoned (having read the press release) that posting it without any editorial comment was practically guaranteed to result in someone from the RRR community challenging the claims in it.

That's exactly what needs to happen - eventually Google will index this thread and people searching for info on wind turbines will discover that an informed community has pointed out the flaws and inconsistencies in these sorts of claims.

So let me urge you to dissect the release and highlight what you feel is particularly unjustifiable.

I do confess that this was something of an experiment to see what would happen - perhaps it as wrong of me to put it in the News section rather than the wind power forum.

Regards
Simon
