Hi Chris,
We had that same 2007 email, too. We were supposed to have heard from Andy Pegg at Segen last Monday, but (as usual) have not been able to raise him.
We've already formally rejected the goods, written Solicitors letters, and been in contact with just about everyone we can think of to try to get the situation resolved, but it's quite astonishing how little response we've had.
We're reluctant to tell Iskra to take the whole lot away as we've invested not only a lot of money but also a lot of time, ourselves and our energy in this project which we desperately want to work (my wife was driven nearly mad in tryng to get sense out of EDF, for example).
It wouldn't be so quite so bad, though, if Segen actually even tried to pretend that they care.......
Maybe it's time to find out how many other disaffected Iskra wanna-be users are out there, and perhaps go to the national press?
Cliff
