Trying to buy a greener car. What to choose?
by Stuart at 2008-04-16 11:40:53 (Forum::Public::Transport)
I have just started to look for a new used car, and am trying to buy a much greener car than my Rover 75 that produces 193g co2 per km.
What I have noticed is that now smaller diesel engines command a higher price than larger engines. The opposite to how they would have been priced new.

I have a family and the best cars seem to be Citroens based around the 1.6 Diesel engine that does nearly 60mpg at 136g co2 per kilometre.

Anyone have any thoughts?
