'SYS' fault display

Came home yesterday to find that the solar hot water control panel display was flashing red and showing the fault code 'SYS'.
According to the manual (it's a Worcester Bosch TDS10 Solar System Controller which - if you're an astronomer like me, is kinda neat :-)) this is an:
Indication of a fault in the system e.g. shut-off valves closed, air in the system or defective solar heating system pump.
Reported to the installers, who are going to get back to me. I'll post an update here when they've visited.
