Vertical roof top turbine that I can't see working, or am I being unfair? Secret Energy Turbine.

Look at this roof top turbine, vertical axis, looks very small and a bit home made.

Yet in the telegraph listed as having an output of "Depending on size and wind speed, the turbines generate 5-10kW of electricity a day, which could provide up to half of a home’s electricity requirements."
The largest they supply appears to be 350watts, so the loading they are assuming is nearly 100%. It also looks very pricey, with 200watts costing Total : £3228.72 installed.
Can see alot of people not getting the 5 to 10kw hours a day claimed. May be 5-10 kw hours a week or month.
What are everyones thoughts
