EVANCE ISKRA R9000

Does anyone have any experience please of this turbine?
I am thinking in particular about suitability for an excellent, consistently high wind site of 6.6+ m/s.

My particular concerns are reliability, longevity, inverter performance and long-term support from the manufacturer.

Any information would be much appreciated.
