DNO & G83/G59

Any advice on DNOs who will stretch the G83 limit.

We install Proven wind turbines,
In our area, with EON as our DNO they will accept upto 10kw per phase and are quite easy to deal with, but in other areas with EDF as DNO we seem to have problems just speaking with someone who can help.
Does anyone have any advice on how they get on with there DNOs, am i asking the wrong questions?
