Can anyone help me find the average windspeed in July over the past 5 years at / near Goodwood / Chichester?

I'd be tempted to start by investigating if any of the local weather stations have the information. A quick Google seems to indicate that there are stations at Goodwood Racecourse and Goodwood Racing Circuit. Local schools may also be worth a try.
