The Proven Web site is almost impossible to use, and no longer seems to give installer details. What’s going on there?
Any help much appreciated.
Anyone else in the region want to piggyback and see if we can get a better deal together?

An update at the month mark........
Had a few chats with people from Proven and nice emails, But actually no one has contacted me about a service. This is dreadful. There needs to be an easy and quick way to get a service. Proven need a service network to deliver after sales care their turbines need. Hopefully I will hear something soon. Stuart |

Delighted to say, that Proven have serviced my wind turbine. Very efficient and quick team with a motorised winch. Good service all round.

Hi Stuart, I'm new to this site and need to spend some time in working how to reply to your email, but thanks for your reply re location. My iskra 5 is about 120m from our house we are 200m above sea level the turbine has good aspects to the west, North and North east, and sit on a 9m guyed tower.. A large woodland lies some 200m to the south which causes a lot of turbulence and often the turbine will not even turn with a southerly! On the whole I'm happy with it, but do feel its a bit like a dripping roast for Iskra what with a service every 1.5 years at 480 a pop (inc. Vat) I wish I could service it myself!! Now looking into installing a Hungarian wood stove to run the heating and hot water systems in the house. Cheers Julian -- Jules |
