Thanks Stuart. My nearest neighbours are 65m away, screened by trees and lower in altitude than the base of the mast! So far the EHO hasn't visited my site, but I shall try to persuade him.
You say your council came out and did their own tests; can you tell me what they measured and how they did it, over what time scale?
May I ask who is your planning authority, as I am being steered towards getting a private company in, which will cost.
Where does Proven state: "silent at 30m"? - Not sure I've seen that before.
