I found the recomendation through the web ( your link is not working) and I have to say it did seem very harsh. You had lots of support and they didnt have any technical problems with your application. Just this preception of it damaging the environment with "kinetic movement" at the edge of the village.

This is so short sighted, because without these types of measures the moors are going to be greatly affected by Climate Change. To protect the environment they need to support you.

I hope the councillors will be more logical and go against the planners recomendations.

I hope you will appeal if you are turned down.
