Hi Stuart, Thanks for the enquiry.
The date for decision is 15th Feb at the NYM Planning Meeting.
I attended the Local Council Meeting last Wednesday. Unfortunately due to some cock up they didnt consider my plan so I'm trying to arrange a site meeting with a quorum of local councillors. I must say that 3 out of 8 seem positively in favour. The public consultation period runs out on 26th Jan.
The only request for more information was from the Scarborough Borough Environmental Officer who wanted more information about noise so I sent hime the Proven Noise report.
My average wind speed is now up to 4.6 m/s for 7 months readings.
This month its over 8!! with 66% hours over 7 m/s. Nov and Dec were 35 and 37% hours over 7 m/s.
