You may have seen my contribution yesterday when I joined the forum. It's under Proven 6kw problems. My Proven is underperforming drastically.
It sounds as though you have a good entree into Proven. My installer has discouraged me from contacting the company myself about the lack of performance but it's getting to the point where they are being so supine that I think I'm going to have to contact Proven. Do you please have a name and contact number for someone there who might be able to help me?
