You're very kind to take this trouble. Ask as many Qs as you like. If Noabi wind speed means what I think it does ie the average wind speed for the location the installer told me it was 6m/s. Our post code is po18 9jz and we're about 140 m above sea level on top of the S Downs N of Chichester. There are trees around but we are open to the SW with the nearest ridge being about 1km away. As I said originally when the SW wind blows strongly and steadily directionally at say 10 m/s the output is only about 25% of what was indicated.
