Does the alternative mast cost include a foundation solution - i.e. some sort of kit to tie it into the concrete base. For a turbine that size there's £800+ of concrete alone in the foundation + reinforcement, tie bars etc. The Iskra price will undoubtedly include a tower foundation kit (i.e. all the metal work to tie the tower to the concrete base).
