I have attached the noise report for the Eoltec Scirocco 6 kW turbine. This was the first noise report for a small turbine to be done fully in accordance with IEC61400 part 11, the same standard as used for noise measurements on large scale turbines.

This was done in early 2007 and is the standard submission used for planning applications. It contains both measurements of turbine noise at 4-10 m/s and estimates of actual noise levels at 4-10 m/s for distances up to 500m from the machine.
