In view of their alleged poor service, I am very surprised that SEGEN are allowed to advertise and/or have a web link on this site. Could it be a case for the webmaster to invite SEGEN to explain their apparent lack of action with a threat to remove their link? Proven have come in for some criticism on this site (some of it from me and fully justified) but they provide a Rolls-Royce service compared to what has been reported for SEGEN / Iskra.

Presumably the contract was with SEGEN, if they have difficulties with Iskra that is their problem, not Cliff's.
